Troy Meadows, an avid ultramarathon runner, founded Run Trail Life to merge his passion for trail running with a commitment to preserving public lands. His vision was to create a brand that allows runners to express their love for the trails off the trails while contributing to environmental conservation.

Run Trail Life offers casual apparel that reflects the trail running and ultrarunning lifestyle. Each item sold contributes $1 to Runners for Public Lands, a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing diverse, high-quality trails and greenways for the benefit of communities.

Troy's dedication to the environment is evident in the brand's use of sustainable materials. The t-shirts are made from 100% organic cotton or a blend of organic and recycled materials, ensuring that the apparel is both comfortable and eco-friendly.
